1. Definitions

• The Act: The National Credit Act No 34 of 2005 and Regulations as amended.
• You: The purchaser.
• We/Us: The seller.
• Account: Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payment Terms: Payment must reflect in our banking account prior to collection or delivery.

2. Application and Agreement

• By making a purchase, you agree to enter into an agreement with us under our Company Terms and Conditions.
• Your purchase will be processed based on the information you provide, which must be truthful, accurate, and correct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any agreements and close the account at any time.

3. Addresses

• Delivery Address: The address where deliveries will be made.
• Postal Address: The address for any correspondence.
• Email Address: The email address for digital correspondence.
• Any changes to these addresses must be communicated to us in writing.

4. Payment, Settlement, and Termination

• Payments can be made via electronic funds transfer, direct deposit, or credit card.
• For certain purchases, a deposit may be required and will be communicated accordingly.
• Payment terms are strictly COD; payment must be reflected in our account prior to collection or delivery.
• Documentation reflecting the amount to be paid will be faxed/emailed prior to delivery.
• Stocks vary; items might be out of stock by the time payment is received. In such cases, your account will reflect a credit balance, which you can request a refund for or retain for future use.
• Packed COD orders will be held for two weeks pending payment. After this period, they will be canceled and returned to stock.

5. Delivery Charges

• Local Deliveries (within Gauteng)
• Transport Deliveries (outside Gauteng
• Deliveries Outside South Africa: Arranged by you at your expense.
• Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notification.

6. Goods to be Returned for Credit/Claims

• Any claims (short received, wrong product, damaged, or faulty) must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Claims must be emailed to hello@gorgeousinterior.co.za.co.za or Whatsapp to 081 071 6065
• Collection of goods for return will be arranged if viable.

7. Personal and Confidential Information

• You confirm that the terms, meaning, and consequences of this agreement have been clearly presented and accepted in a language you understand.
• You consent to and authorize us to furnish credit information concerning your account to a credit bureau or any third party seeking a trade reference.

8. Acknowledgment

• By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
